- It is the intent of the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command, Huntsville, AL to negotiate with CAS, Incorporated, 100 Quality Circle, Huntsville, AL 35806 to provide Scientific, Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) and logistics support to the Joint Land Attack Cruise Missile Defense Netted Sensor System (JLENS) Rapid Aerostat Initial Deployment (RAID) Product Office for system acquisition, testing, operator training, fielding, product development, field and depot maintenance support of elevated sensors, platform, and related equipment. The proposed sole source acquisition is pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for proposal from any source other than that cited; however all responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered, See Note 22. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-APR-2005); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
