- ****ATTENTION****FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO KIT CARLTON. You may fax or mail your request to ATTN: AMSAM-AC-LS-T, Kit Carlton, Contracting Officer, Fax: 256- 955-9310. PRON: AX5Q0218AX, NSN: 7025-01-331 -4158, PN: 12991 (-001), Quantity: 25 each applicable to the OH-58 with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 and Stockton, CA 95296-0130. Required delivery is 25 each, 120 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to Korry Electronics, Cage Code 81590 and Integrated Procurement Technologies, Cage Code 05ZJ1, because the Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Firms that recognize and can produce the requ ired item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Comprehensive Automated Process for Source Approval Request (CAPSAR) and Policy relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation Requirements. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, solicita tion will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors mus t meet pre-qualification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency.
