- The United States Army Communications Electronics Command (USACECOM) intends to issue a competitive, 100% Small Business Set-Aside, sealed bid solicitation for a quantity of 600 each AC Gain Assembly CCA, NSN# 5998-01-359-9315 (p/o TA-838A/TT Telepho ne Set) to be delivered to New Cumberland Army Depot. This will be a form, fit, and function contract. Technical drawings will be provided for reference only. All CCAs are to conform to all the testing requirements of SM-A-790812 (as revised by ECP-CMI-00 1), and all the requirements of the Statement of Work. A signed copy of ECP-CMI-001 will be furnished with the bid drawing set. The contractor is required to provide any testing fixtures, cables, or equipment required to test the CCAs. First Article Testi ng (FAT) may be waived for previous manufacturers of this item. There is an option quantity of 100%. All parties interested in doing business with USACECOM are invited to access, operate, send, and receive information from the Army Single Face to Industry Interactive Business Opportunities Page (ASFI IBOP) at http://abop.monmouth.army.mil.
