- NSN 4710-01-242-4743, Tube Assembly, metal. Tube Bends, Inc. (33830) p/n 4065296-01; United Technologies Corp. (52661) p/n 4065296-01; United Technologies Corp., ( 77445) p/n 4065296-01. Quantity of 44 each to be delivered to Stockton, CA in 250 days after date of award. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See notes 12 and 26. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: Tube Bends, Inc. and United Technologies Corp. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
