Description

This project involves structure staking, clearing, pipe removal, excavation, crushing materal to produce specified backfill, machine placed riprap, construction of welded wire wall and drainage system, placing crushed aggregate, guardrail installation and disposal site preparation. The project is located on the Gold Beach Ranger District of the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest. Price Range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Solicitation will be available for download from FedBizOpps on or about 5/2/2005. Performance and payment bonds (100 percent each) will be required after award. Contract time is 90 calendar days. Note: prospective awardee shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base prior to award. Information on registration may be obtained via the internet at: http://www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. All contractors and vendors must complete the electronic version of the Representations and Certifications (Section K in Solicitations) in the ORCA system.
