- Description
- Work includes furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor required to rehabilitate 2500 ft of stream corridor and the adjoining floodplain. Work includes construction staking, clearing, excavation, construction of log and rock structures, hauling, furnish various gradations of borrow materials, dewatering, construct and place erosion control devices, supplying equipment and labor to perform this work. The project area is located on the Craig Ranger District on Prince of Wales Island along the Hydaburg State Highway 913 in Southeast Alaska. The Prince of Wales road system is accessible only by marine or air transportation. The estimated price range for this acquisition is between $250,000 and $500,000. The performance period is 441 calendar days. The solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps website on or about April 23, 2005 for viewing and printing. Potential offerors are requested to obtain the solicitation from the Internet if at all possible. Alternatively, a hard copy of the solicitation documents may be requested via fax at 907.228.6254. Fax requests should reference solicitation R10-05-05-16. Telephone requests will not be honored. Offers will be due approximately 30 calendar days after the solicitation issue date. AUTOMATIC NOTIFICATION: By registering to receive notification on posted synopses, you will be automatically notified via email of any changes to the project. To register, select Register to Receive Notification and follow the steps. Follow the same procedure for EACH project. PLAN HOLDERS LISTS: The Interested Vendors List (IVL) has replaced the plan Holders Lists that was previously available with solicitation packages. Access the IVL for all projects through the FedBizOpps website. To register as an interested vendor, select Register as an Interested Vendor and follow the steps. Follow this procedure for EACH project of interest. Use the Register as Interested Vendor option to add your company name to the IVL and then view or print the IVL by selecting View List of Interested Vendors for each project.
