- It is the intent of the Naval Air System Command to issue a delivery order under BOA N00019-03-G-0041 to incorporate ECP 270R2 into the AV-8B aircraft. This delivery order will be issued on a sole source basis to McDonnell Douglas, St. Louis, MO. See numbered note 22.
