- This Pre-Solicitation Notice is issued to provide a full range of shore site, surface and subsurface command and control, communications, air traffic control, intelligence, cryptologic and electronic warfare systems installation and technical support services to a multitude of customers worldwide. These services include installation material acquisition, installation, system/equipment modification, test and checkout, systems training and documentation preparation. An Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Cost Plus Incentive Fee/Fixed Price, performance-based, single award type contract is planned with a base year period and four (4), one-year option periods anticipated for award. The NAICS is 541330, and the applicable size standard is $23.0M. Subject procurement is unrestricted, with award to be made via full and open competitive proposals. The anticipated award date of the subject contract is scheduled for December 2005. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet, on or about 20 May 2005, at the SPAWAR Business Opportunity Website, located at the following address: http://E-Commerce.spawar.navy.mil. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). No paper distribution of these documents will be provided.
