- Description
- The U.S. Department of State (DOS) is considering awarding a sole source purchase order to Corporate Executive Board of Washington, DC, for renewal of membership in the Real Estate Executive Board. This notification is to announce the sole sourcing of this requirement. Vendors shall direct all contract related questions to Cheryl Vaughan-Brown at (703) 516-1972, brownholmescd@state.gov. Service Required: Membership in the "Real Estate Executive Board," which includes: -- Unlimited access to proprietary strategic research designated by the member real estate executive; -- An annual executive retreat offering a unique opportunity to interact with the board principals and for the board to disseminate key insights from its proprietary strategy research; -- On-site presentation of research of the most progressive real estate organization, customized to the board members organizational requirements; -- Assignment of short-answer custom research projects to board staff without additional fees; -- Access to custom project library of proprietary research pieces completed for other members; -- Unlimited, unrestricted access to a password-protected web site, which contains all archived research, members-only discussion boards, online networking tools and decision support tools.
