- This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC/LSKC anticipates issuing a contract for 1 each Receiver Transmitter, NSN: 5821-01-484-2797CY, P/N VA-018450-0008 and 1 EA Remote Power Supply, NSN: 6130-01-491-1538BY, P/N: VA-018250-0002. This requirement is restricted to Viasat Corp (Cage:47538). The approximate issue date of the RFP will be 11 Apr 2005 with the approximate response date of 11 May 2005. Request the solicitation from the Federal Business Opportunities web site. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 334220. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
