- The Draft Request For Proposal does not require a response. Interested parties should NOT send in their proposals at this time. When the draft RFP closes 15 April, questions will be reviewed and any neccessary clarifications will be posted prior to the release of the actual RFP. The RFP will be released with a new date set for receipt of actual proposals. RFP release is estimated to be mid May. Again, the draft RFP is only for industry comments or questions.
