- Solicitation for NSN 1560-01-497-0057 / RB050770010000, Window Panel, Aircraft. Export Control applies. An ?export control? technical data package (TDP) exists for this item. Technical data will only be released to contractors who are authorized/certified by the Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR via the Internet. The Internet address is http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. This solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with a base year and four option years. The ordering limitations for the base and option years are as follows: (B=Base Year, O=Option year) Guaranteed Buy Quantity: B=22 / Minimum Order Quantity: B=22, O=22 / Maximum Contract Quantity: B=80, O=176 / Estimated annual quantity: B=80, O=88. The required delivery schedule is 219 days after receipt of order, FOB destination, inspection and acceptance at origin. This solicitation contains a First Article ? Contractor Testing ? Requirement. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
