- The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to solicit and negotiate for conference facilities and lodging within 5 miles of the agency?s Arlington headquarters facility at 4040 North Fairfax Drive, Arlington, Virginia. This notice of intent is a request for competitive quotations. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations. All quotations received within the response timeframe after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. SEE UPLOADED DOCUMENTS FOR DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. Response Date: 2:00 p.m. EST, 25 April 2005.
