- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Philadelphia Division intends to acquire Life Cycle Support Services for the H-53 and H-60 series aircraft in support of the Commander Naval Reserve Force Command (CNRFC). CNRFC requires all levels of aircraft maintenance including: depot level maintenance, emergency repair, aircraft modification, engineering logistics, program management support and associated material and services as may be required to support continuous safe, reliable and available operation of the aircraft cited above. No property or equipment will be provided by the Government. Services are anticipated to be provided for a basic period of one (1) year with four (4) one year options. An Indefinite Delivery, Requirements type contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and Time & Material (T&M) Contract Line Items will be awarded as a result of this quotation. This procurement is a sole source acquisition with Sikorsky Support Services, Inc., Stratford, CT, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Sikorsky Support Services, Inc. is the only known provider of these services at this time. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties may identify their interest and technical capability to respond to this requirement and may submit information which shall be considered by FISC Norfolk Philadelphia Division. Any responses to this synopsis should be sent to the attention of Patricia Campbell (Code 280.2C) and reference this notice. The applicable NAICS and size standard are 541330 and $23MIL respectively.
