Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F2FT015069A100 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. This solicitation is unrestricted and is advertised under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 334511, with a small business size standard of 750 employees. Request a quote on the following item(s) and quantity(s) manufactured by Enertec America, Inc. 0001: 3 each, Airborne Solid-State Recorder, P/N DS4100. 0002: 3 each, 80 GB Removable Hard Disk Memory Cartridge, P/N DC2200-80. 0003: 3 each, Mounting Tray for the DS4100, P/N CA5100-00. 0004: 3 each, External Line Scan Converter 4 Channel, P/N ESC1580-4. 0005: 3 each, Mounting Tray for the Scan Converter, P/N CA1580. 0006: 1 each, Software License for 2-4 cartridge 8 Video Playback and Display, P/N VL2700-20. 0007: 1 each, Software License for DsLink for 8 video, P/N VL2100-08. 0008: 1 each, Ground Cartridge Replay Unit, P/N DS2320-5, or equal. Award will be made on ?all? or ?none? basis. Additionally, all transportation/shipping costs are required to be included in the quote. GSA items shall be noted as well as the GSA contract number. Required delivery shall be on or before 30 days after receipt of award. Place of delivery shall be 16 CS/SCBBE, Attn: ECO, 125 Bennett Ave, Bldg 90710, Hurlburt Field, FL 32544. The following clauses and provisions are hereby incorporated either by reference or full terms and are to remain in full force and effect in any resultant purchase order: FAR 52.203-6, FAR 52.212-4, FAR 52.219-14, FAR 52.222-3, FAR 52.222-19, FAR 52.222-21, FAR 52.222-26, FAR 52.222-35, FAR 52.222-36, FAR 52.222-37, FAR 52.232-33, FAR 52.233-3, DFARS 252.225-7000, DFARS 252.225-7001, DFARS 252.225-7002, DFARS 252.225-7012, DFARS 252.232-7003, and DFARS 252.247-7023 Alt III. The following clauses apply to this acquisition and are included in full text: FAR 52.212-1-Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (Jan 2004) applies to this acquisition and is amended to read: FAR clauses and provisions can be located via the Internet at http://farsite.hill.af.mil. The Government reserves the right to evaluate proposals and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Offers shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR 52.212-2-Evaluation-Commercial Items (Jan 1999), which is incorporated into this Request for Quote, with addendum to paragraph (a) as follows: The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) technical capability of the item(s) offered to meet the Government requirement as stated in this synopsis; (ii) price. The Government will make award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is the greatest value to the Government .
