- This is a sole source, spares requirement for NSN 6615-01-497-7814BZ, P/N MT09J, Synchronizer, APPL: MH053J/M helicopter. This requirement is for a basic quantity of 1 EA, a first out year option with a quantity range of 1-4 EA, and a second out year option with a quantity range of 1-5 EA. Destination: Robins AFB GA, Delivery: 9 months ARO. Firm fixed price contract to Cage Code 0CDN3, DRS Engineering Development Labs, Inc., 4391 Dayton-Xenia Road, Dayton, OH 45432-1803. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
