- The 377 CONS intends to award a contract for Officiating Services. The proposed contract is a 100% set aside for small business concerns. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, transportation, uniforms and materials necessary to officiate softball, basketball, volleyball, flag football, and soccer. Proposals are requested; the closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in attached solicitation documents. The solicitation and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
