- PR #: LTC RE05006014, NSN 4010-00-165-6061 CHAIN,WELDED RFP #: SP040605R1443 Contracting Officer: GAIL GARY /804-279-6851 Issue Date: February 28TH, 2005, Closing Date: APRIL 18TH, 2005. This solicitation is for an IQC Base plus 4 Option years. Destination inspection is required. Subject item is non-commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is 36 days ARO. A Surge Plan is not required. Specifications, standards, and related standardization documents is available on the Internet via http://assist.dapsmil. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Effective June 1, l998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
