- This modification is made in response to questions submitted regarding this combined Synopsis/Solicitation. The questions and respective answers are as follows: Question 1: Is this RFQ a follow-on or resulting effort to a current contract or order (is there an incumbent contract)? Answer 1: No - this is a new requirement. Question 2: Are Representations and Certifications required at this time or at time of award only from selected contractor? Answer 2: Representations and Certifications are required with your quotation. Question 3: Are there deliverables required? Answer 3: Yes. Project Status Reports and Acquisition Forecasts will be required. Question 4: Are there travel/trip reports required? Answer 4: No - travel/trip reports will not be required. Question 5: In addition to travel expenses, are there to be other ODCs? Answer 5: No - travel expenses will be the only ODCs. Question 6: What frequency of payment will be allowed? Answer 6: Payments will be no more frequently than monthly.
