- THIS AMENDMENT EXTENDS THE DEADLINE TO 4/15/05. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared per the format in Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number INL- 0118-309325 is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Government intends to award a firm, fixed price contract for the acquisition of aircraft parts. The following Provisions and Clauses are incorporated into this RFQ by reference. No addenda apply to these Provisions and Clauses. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications – Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions – Commercial Items, FAR 52-212-5, Contract Terms and conditions required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. No additional FAR clauses apply. The following provides the specifications: Air Force Sabreliner T-39 for new parts for Sabreliner aircraft tail number 043. AD43721R Actuator g. 103169 Heater Pads Lh h. 0856DL-2 Tubo Pitot Lh i. 622-3975-003 Enconding Altimeter j. 2577470 Cylinder k. 2577469 Cylinder l. 18240-1 Valve Hyd Brake m. 501-1105-03 Indicator Gyroscope Offerors must provide a completed SF 1449 and completed Representations and Certifications per FAR 52.212-3 with their quote. The Government will make one award from this synopsis/solicitation. Offerors must provide a Certificate of Conformance for these aircraft parts. Award will be made to the offeror who provides the best value to the Government. Offerors must be registered in the Contractor Central Registry (CCR) to be considered for award.
