- On March 10, 2004 the United States Mint released a formal public announcement and official start date of a competitive sourcing study of the Office of Human Resources services. Location: Headquarters Office of Human Resources (HR), Washington, DC; HR Field Sites located in San Francisco, California; Denver, Colorado; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and West Point, New York. Type of Competition: A-76 Standard. Activity Being Competed: Office of Human Resources. Incumbent Service Provider: Federal Government Employees, Number of government personnel performing the activity: 68. Name of CSO: Jesus Delgado-Jenkins. Name of the Contracting Officer: Renea Morton. Name of the ATO: Michael Green. Projected End Date of the Competition: September 30, 2004. Note: In accordance with 31 U.S.C., no provisions of law governing procurement or public contracts are applicable to the procurement of goods and services necessary for carrying out Mint programs and operations. Firms interested in providing industry comments on the Performance Work Statement, are asked to please submit an email request to Renea Morton, Contract Specialist, at rmorton@usmint.treas.gov; telephone requests will not be accepted. Please be advised that the draft Performance Work Statement was released on March 26, 2004 to over 40 interested parties.
