- Air transportation of bulk Petroleum, Oil, Lubricants (POL), outsized cargo and supplies to Canadian and U.S. Government North Warning System sites. Aircraft shall be capable of carrying 50,000 lbs and landing on 5,000 ft unimproved runways. Must be Canadian Flag, DOD approved air carrier. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (28-FEB-2005).
