- The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (USHMM) seeks an Insurance Broker/Agent who will be responsible for sourcing the following insurance coverage: Commercial Property, Commercial General Liability, Foreign General Liability, Non-Owned and Hired Auto Liability, Commercial Umbrella, Commercial Crime/Fidelity Bond, Fiduciary Liability, Non-Profit Directors and Officers Liability, and Fine Arts/Museum Collection. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (USHMM) intends to award a one year (1), with four (4) one year options, Firm-Fixed Priced Contract. The price shall be based on an annual fee or a percentage of the premium taken and an award is anticipated on or about June 1, 2005. The period of performance will be June 1, 2005 through May 31, 2010. The USHMM is located at 100 Raoul Wallenberg Place, SW, Washington DC 20024-2126, and is on 5 floors and is approximately 258,000 Square Feet. Also to be included in the insurance coverage is the following: Ross Administrative Center: 45,000 square feet, L'Enfant Plaza: 30,000 square ft, Linthicum: 30,000 square ft, and the USHMM's Regional Offices located in California, Chicago, Florida and New York (Regional Offices: Personal Property only). This acquisition is FOB Destination. The place of performance is Washington DC. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this solicitation, the contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, NO EXCEPTIONS. Proposals are due by 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST) by no later than May 16, 2005 at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, Loading Dock, 100 Raoul Wallenberg Place, SW Washington DC 20024-2126, Attn: Patrill Smith, or may be sent by email to psmith@ushmm.org.
