- A non-competitive acquisition is proposed with AvePoint, Inc., 370 Campus Drive, Somerset, NJ 08873-1128 for 3 each, DocAve 3.1 Backup for Microsoft Office SharePoint Portal Server 2003 Enterprise-level License with Unlimited Sites, and 3 each Extended Maintenance and Service Plans. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Responses to this notice will be used to determine whether bona fide competition exists. All responses must be received within 10 calendar days of the date of this notice (18 April 2005). Responses must be in writing, including technical and pricing information. Requests for a solicitation will be considered non-responsive. All responses from responsible sources submitting the required information will be fully considered. Responsible firms responding to this synopsis will be considered if the action is competed.
