- The government intends to acquire 6 each Digital Electronic Control Unit (DECU) 2000, P/N 4082T99G13-T700 SH-60 for use on Special Operations Aircraft (SOA) Blackhawk MH-60s. The procurement of this item is being conducted on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The intended source is BAE Systems Controls, Inc., 600 Main Street, Johnson City, NY 13790. BAE Systems Controls is the only known source for this DECU. A firm fixed price order under BOA N00383-01-G-008A is anticipated. The solicitation number is H92241-05-R-0023. Required delivery is twelve (12) months ARO. Delivery point is AATD, Attn: Tommy Wiggins, Bldg 3519A, Mulberry Island Road, Fort Eustis, VA 23604-5577. This is a DO-A1 rated order.
