- Arcata Associates Inc. intends to issue as an emergency solicitation as sole make and model all or none, for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) subcontract for a period of twenty four (24) months that shall begin 7/1/05-6/31/07 to provide Lenel hardware, Installation Project Manager, Senior Installer, Installation Technician, Installation Apprentice, and CAD Operator for a continuation of the MSFC lead CBACS project that goes between card readers and servers at all the NASA centers. This 24-month ID/IQ contract shall have an initial delivery order minimum quantities and maximum quantities that may or may not be purchased throughout the contract period of performance based upon the site implementation schedule. The delivery sites for this IDIQ shall be: Langley Research Center, Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Glen Research Center, Goddard Space Flight Center, Ames Research Center. The contract term, item quantities and equipment list may be modified by change order during the contract term. All firms that request a copy of the RFP, must be Lenel Certified and value added resellers of Lenel. Vendor shall certify that it is a Lenel Authorized Channel Partner as of the date of the submission of their offer, and that it has the certification/specialization level required by Lenel to support both the product sale and product pricing, in accordance with the applicable Lenel certification/specialization requirements. Unless otherwise specified, Vendor shall warrant that the products are new, in their original box. The Vendor confirms to have sourced all Lenel products submitted in this offer from Lenel or through Lenel Authorized Channels only, in accordance with all applicable laws and current Lenel applicable policies at the time of purchase. Vendor shall provide Buyer with a copy of the End User license agreement, and shall warrant that all Lenel software is licensed originally to Buyer as the original licensee authorized to use the Lenel Software if applicable. Interested and responsible parties shall provide sufficient information not later than April 14, 2005 such as company name, point of contact, business size, a brief history of similar services via e-mail to kaye.h.pettus@msfc.nasa.gov to request a copy of the RFP. Responses received after April 14, 2005 will be considered non-responsive to this synopsis. The solicitation number must be noted on the request for the RFP 030ARC35476.
