- Description
- The U.S. Government currently occupies 5,479 rentable square feet of office and related use space located at 2765 Wayne Sullivan Drive, Paducah, Kentucky, under a soon to expire lease. The General Services Administration (GSA) plans to negotiate a succeeding lease at this location around the same square footage of office space based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will relocate only if consideration of economic and other factors are supported, including relocation and uplifting costs. All service, supplies, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be included as part of the rental consideration.
