- "This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command." Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia, PA proposes to procure for the LPD-17 simulator and stimulator to maintain LPD-17 class engineering controls system software life cycle. The system will be developed to run exactly as on the ship using the same computers. House the control algorithms and communication interfaces to reproduce shipboard system for system maintenance. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside, and the solicitation will be available to download fro! m FEDBIZZOPPS and NECO.navy.mil on or after 25 Apr 2005. All questions must be in writing, and no telephone calls will be accepted. See Note #1.
