This is a notice of Intent to award a sole-source contract under FAR 6.302-1 to Johnson and Johnson Health Care Systems and not a request for competitive quotes. Johnson and Johnson is the only known source to provide mammotone hand held probes for Ethicon Biopsy System. This requirement is to provide 10 boxes of MAM3001 11 ga. Mammomark, 2 boxes of MAM3002 11 ga. Mammomark second site, 1 box of MAM3014 14 ga. Cormark, 5 boxes of C-1535 11 ga. Micromark, 5 boxes of MST11 11 ga. mammotone ST probe, 5 boxes of MST11B 11 ga. Bladed st probes, 5 boxes of HH11BEX 11 ga. Mammotone EX probes, 10 boxes of MVAC1 Mammotone vacuum set, and 2 boxes of G011LF 11 ga. Disposable probe guide for Magigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, WA. This request is being issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) authorized in FAR subpart 13.****
