This requirement is a Base Year Plus 2-Year Option, applicable to the CH-47, with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. This IS a Critical Safety Item. This is a 8(a) Set-Aside, RESTRICTED to Eleit Technology, Inc. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Production Lead-time with F irst Article Testing is 30 each, 401 DACA. Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 30 each, 267 DACA. Production Lead-time with Article II Clause is 30 each, 334 DACA. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
