- The U.S. Army, TACOM-Picatinny, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award on a sole source basis to Ruoff & Sons Inc., Runnemede, NJ the production of fifty five (55) third wheel assemblies in support of the Lightweight 155mm Howitzer maintenance program. Sole source authority for this procurement is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Point of contact for this action is Mr. Joshua F.
