- This is a PRE-SOLICITAION Notice. It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued on or about 15 APR 05. The solicitation documents and instructions for submitting quotes will be published on this site at that time. The Florida Army National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide commercial food service for approximately 800 soldiers, 11-28 May 2005 at Camp Blanding Training Site, located near Starke, FL. The contractor will prepare and serve meals in a field locat ion on Camp Blanding Joint Training Center. Contractor will be responsible for providing all supplies and equipment to include a feeding tent with tables and chairs and a seating capacity of 700 and electric lighting. Contractor will provide all sanitati on and trash removal including gray water and grease. No commercial power or fresh water is available on the site and must be provided by the contractor. The NAICS for this requirement is 722310, the size standard is $17.5 mil. It is anticipated this so licitation will be set aside for 100% small business participation.
