- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract under Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Milestone Materials, Tomah, WI to furnish and deliver 24,000 tons shot rock which contains a high standard of crushed rock material and is mostly c omprised of diabace and gabbro, with some granite on or after 15 April 05. Sizes of the rock shall be at least 0.5 cubic ft and not exceed 27 cubic feet. Trucks shall be weighed by contractor at loading site and tickets shall be collected by inspector at the delivery site. Any fines shall be the responsibility of the contractor. Delivery shall be to Fort McCoy, WI and will be further clarified upon award. Delivery, 18 April 1 June 2005.
