Please contact the POC by email to obtain a copy of the SOW, Quality Assura nce Plan (QASP), and DD254. Request that all questions that arise during the review of the SOW be directed to the POC not later than 25 April 2005. Description: The Government intends to place a firm fixed price contract for a base period of 6 months pl us 11 options (6 months each). Base Performance Period startst 1 August 2005. Evaluation will be made using best value tradeoff procedures. One of several evaluation criteria will be demonstrated past performance in Geospatial Web Development and Mainte nance. The following information is extracted from the SOW: The overall objective is to obtain software development, enhancement, maintenance, implementation and documentation support for the 60th Engineer Detachment websites on the Land Warfare Network (classified). The contractor shall provide the necessary services to maintain continuous access to and operation of existing websites used to disseminate data from the USAREUR Theater Geospatial Database (TGD). The contractor shall also develop, maintain , implement, integrate, document, and test new software code, for the enhancement of existing websites and as necessary develop new websites based on design specifications and guidelines provided by the government. Under the SOW the contractor shall speci fically be responsible for providing the following web development support: visual basic configuration, coding, testing, and documentation; active server pages (ASP) configuration, coding, testing and documentation; ArcIMS (Arc Internet Map Service) config uration, coding, testing and documentation. This development ensures that the dissemination of geospatial products (produced by the 60th) is accomplished via classified and unclassified websites. The contractor shall also be responsible for the technical service support of the Engineer Repository located at the 18th Engineer Brigade which includes the same activities as described above but on a different website. Information on current performance: services provided by incumbent contractor are equal to o ne fulltime equivalent work effort.
