- This will be a firm-fixed price requirements-type contract. Contractor shall provide Sports Officiating services for military intramural Flag Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Slow Pitch Softball, and Soccer at Fort Shafter, Schofield Barracks, Trip ler Army Medical Center, Wheeler Army Air Field and Helemano Military Reservation on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 25 April 2005. Response date above is estimated. Actual proposal due dat e will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than 10 May 2005. Period of performance is projected to be 1 July 2005 through 30 April 2006 with two prepriced 12-month option periods. This procurement is 100 percent set aside for sma ll business. Issued solictiation packages will be posted at the following website: http://www.25idl.army.mil/doc/index.htm (go to Homepage RCO-HI link on the left, then to RCO HAWAII SOLICITATIONS). Interested offerors will be notified via email when the solicitation is available and are required to download the soli citation and any subsequent amendments from this website. Once posted on this website, interested offerors are responsible for monitoring the website until the closing date for any issued amendments. Recommended minimum IT capabilities for contractor sys tems are 56K modems for website downloads and 2 mb email capacity. This is a recurring requirement. Services are currently performed under separate contract. Current contractor is Wahiawa Officials Association, 91-935 Mailani Street, Ewa Beach, HI 9670 6-2254. Current contract is a base with two option years with an estimated contract price of $333,805.00.
