Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotation are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F04626-05-Q0021 is issued as a Request for Quotation. (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-02 and Defense DCN 20050323. The solicitation listed here is unrestricted. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is X112. The associated Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7041. The North American Industry Classification System is 721110. and the associated business size standard is $6,000,000.00. If two (2) or more responsive, responsible and technically acceptable small or HUBZone business respond, this acquisition will be 100% set aside for small business, if not, it will be unrestricted. To provide Conference Rooms, Standard Rooms and Meals as follows on the dates indicated: May 19, 2005: 112 Lodging, 112 Breakfast, 112 Lunch, 112 Dinner, 112 Parking, 8 Conference Rooms. May 20, 2005: 112 Breakfast, 112 Lunch, 112 Parking, 8 Conference Rooms. The following provisions and or clauses apply to this acquisition.
