Description

Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement. The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order to perform preventive maintenance, repair, calibration, and replacement of obsolete unsupportable electronic controls and software on two McQuay chillers located in building 1700, Scott AFB, to McQuay Services. The NAICS for this procurement is 333415 with a size standard of 750. The 375th Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement was made based on market research.
