- This is a notice of intention to issue a solicitation for the repair of 33 each AN/ALQ-128 Countermeasures Receivers to include data. Description: NSN: 5856-01-211-2336EW, Manufactured by Raytheon Corporation under Part Number 917909-803159999. The proposed delivery schedule will be for 45 days after receipt of reparable. The proposed contract action is for services and data for which the Government intends to solicit sole source to Raytheon Corporation, 1010 Production Rd, Fort Wayne IN, 46808-4106 (Cage Code 37695) under the authority of FAR Clause 6.302. Raytheon possesses unique capabilities and data required to perform the services described. Repaired receivers will be delivered to stock at Robins AFB unless priority requisitions necessitate delivery to requiring organizations. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within seventeen days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
