- This is for a sole source firm fixed-price requirements contract with a basic plus four additional one-year option periods. The resulting contract will be to purchase the following items applicable to the C-5 aircraft: NOUN NSN P/N BASIC QUANTITY Madars Printer Unit 4920-01-506-4328UC 57710A120400 1-10 Interface Control 5895-01-507-2148UC 57710A120300 1-10 Power Supply 6130-01-506-4464UC 57710A120100 1-10 Signal Data Conv 5895-01-506-8149UC 57710A120500 1-10 Workstation 7010-01-506-3624UC 57710A120200 1-10 Contract minimum is 1 each; the maximum is the total of the maximum for the three ordering periods. The option year quantity ranges are 1-15 for each option period. The predominant materials of manufacture for these items are aluminum and steel. The requested delivery is 180 days after contract award. The approximate solicitation issue date will be April 25, 2005. The solicitation will be available for viewing or downloading from www.FedBizOpps.gov website only. No telephone requests please. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE ISSUED. This is a limited source procurement, per USC 2304 ? (1) to Onboard Software Inc. (CAGE 06NK2). JUSTIFICATION: Supplies or services required are available from only one source or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirements. Specifications, plans or drawings related to this procurement are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the government. See notes 22 and 26.
