**************************************** 4-8-05 DRAFT PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT HAS BEEN POSTED FOR REVIEW. ****************************************** 4-7-05 THE FOLLOWING DRAFT DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN LOADED FOR REVIEW AND COMMENT: DRAFT SECTION L - INSTRUCTION TO OFFERORS DRAFT SECTION M - EVALUATION INFORMATION DRAFT PAST PERFORMANCE QUESTIONAIRE ****************************************** PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Period of performance is 01 Oct 05 ? 30 Sep 06. Four one-year option periods may be awarded. SIC Code M139, NAICS Code 519120 with associated standard of $6 million. This acquisition will be full and open competition. The Government intends to issue the Request for Proposal (RFP) electronically. The RFP and other related documents will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities Page on the Internet at http://www.eps.gov/ and the AFMC Pre- award Information Exchange System (PIXS) http://www.pixs.wpafb.af.mil/. The estimated time frame for RFP issuance is on or about 21 Apr 05. NO HARD COPIES OF THE RFP OR RELATED DOCUMENTS WILL BE ISSUED. The Contractor shall provide professional (personnel having earned a Masters Degree in Library Science (MLS) from an American Library Association (ALA) accredited institution) and paraprofessional personnel to maintain, update, and ensure the proper use of the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Wright Research Site (WRS), Wright- Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), OH Technical Library. The Contractor shall provide all personnel and services to operate the AFRL Technical Library and the technical editing functions as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. A sources sought synopsis was posted in the Commerce Business Daily on 12 Dec 04.
