Description

Treasure Island Job is requesting bids on the installation of carpet and porcelain tile in our residential living dormitories. There will be a bidders walk-thru on April 25, 2005 at 10:00 am, 655 H Avenue Bldg 442 Treasure Island SF CA 94130. Bidders package will be handed out. Deadline for submision: 12 PM, April 29, 2005 NOTE CONTRACTORS: Construction services performed at this facility require proof of insurance and bonding with all proposals. Description: Turnaround Job ? all furniture to be removed from rooms by vendor and replaced after job completion (room by room) furniture includes 2 beds, 1 dresser, I desk and 2 night stands. Time frame ? Installation for the large dorm must be completed by June 15t 2005 Job scope ? provide and install carpet for 4 floors of large dorm with approximately 80 rooms per floor. During Job walk vendor will be responsible for measuring rooms and hallways. Bid for replacement of chipped tiles in lobby square footage to be determined on Job walk (this should be a separate quote from the carpet). Provide and install carpet for 2 floors of small dorm same conditions as large. Please submit separate bid for small dorm.
