- Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to award multiple Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for CMS? Part D, Retiree Drug Sponsor (RDS), and Medicare Advantage (MA) programs, anti-fraud and abuse efforts. CMS intends to set aside a portion of the umbrella awards to qualified small businesses. Please note that this pre -solicitation notice is for the previously released Request for Information (RFI), ?Drug Benefit Program Integrity Contractor? that was published in FedBizOpps on January 4, 2005. Additionally CMS expects to award one (1) task order for ?Enrollment and Eligibility Medicare Drug Integrity Contractor (MEDIC) (EEM)?. CMS anticipates issuing a solicitation on or about April 29, 2005.
