- Synopsis for NSN 6685-01-167-4298 I/A/W drawing NR 13873 011674298-02259 REF NO DTD 09/16/02 is for a transducer, pressure. This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside, fully competitive after exclusion of sources. Critical Item Application; The solicitation will result in a firm-fixed contract. There is a contractor first article test required. The first article sample size shall be 3 units. Requested delivery is 251 Days After Receipt of Order. Export Control Applies. An "export control" TDP exists for this NSN. The TDP will only be released to Export Control Certified requestors. Eligible requestors should submit TDP requests via the following website: https://ric1s-c025.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd End item is M109 Howitzer. Inspection and Acceptance at Origin; FOB Destination. ABVS applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation.
