- The Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Office of Financial Management has a requirement for services to manage the TSA employee relocation program. In order to participate in the procurement, contractors must submit a 5 page capability statement demonstrating their ability to provide a full range of employee relocation services to include home sales services, home marketing assistance, destination area services, management and relocation reporting, training, property management, household goods and move management services. The contractor must also address their approach and abilities to provide additional relocation services such as entitlement and move counseling, expense management, international move assistance, service performance and prepayment audits, claims preparation, quality control and assurance, temporary and permanent storage, on-line services, travel authorization preparation, voucher review, payment and expense processing or management. The contractor shall provide the current names and phone numbers of at least three references of past performance from similar projects of this magnitude. The past performance information is not included in the page limitation, The Government hereby reserves the right to issue the solicitation only to those parties selected as most capable through the evaluation of capability statements.
