The United States Postal Service (USPS), Great Lakes Facilities Service Office (GLFSO), is seeking interest from General Contractors to prequalify for one or more Indefinite Quantity Construction Contracts (IQCC)/Job Order Contracts (JOC) for repair and alteration projects within the State of Michigan Area which include: See below Areas and Counties. The contract renewal option may be exercised at the discretion of the USPS Contracting Officer. A JOC is an indefinite quantity construction contract pursuant to which the contractor will perform a series of individual projects at different Postal Service facilities. Prequalified contractors will propose a Contract Multiplier and Premium Time Multiplier to be applied to a Unit Price Schedule. Contractor agrees that the Contractor Multiplier and/or the Premium Time Multiplier under this contract, when used in determining the total amount of the work order, includes all profit, overhead, bonds, insurance and other contingencies, over and above the direct costs of construction.
