- The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency/Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500 intends to enter into a procure site license to the following products made by Software and Engineering Associates, Inc.; SPP?04, TDK?04, AND VIPER 3.6. The recommended source is the manufacturer. No solicitations shall be issued other than this notice.
