- This solicitation, 4TX0073A, replaces solicitation 4TX0073. All parties that answered solicitation 4TX0073 must reply again to solicitation 4TX0073A. GSA is seeking 2 options with this solicitation in Harlingen, Texas. Option 1 GSA is seeking to lease 19,000 usable square feet of office and related space for Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) and Social Security Administration Office of Hearings and Appeals (SSA/OHA). These two agencies have primarily court room space, including hearing rooms and judges chambers. Secured parking for approximately 20 employees shall be located in the rear of the building. Separated public parking shall be located in the front of the building. Existing space will be considered, as well as build to suits. The term of the lease will be 5 years firm for existing space and 10 years firm for build to suits. The delineated area is within the City limits of Harlingen, Texas. Option 2 GSA is seeking to lease 19,000 usable square feet of office and related space, on the second floor or above, for Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) and Social Security Administration Office of Hearings and Appeals (SSA/OHA). These two agencies have primarily court room space including hearing rooms and judges chambers. Secured parking for approximately 20 employees shall be located in the rear of the building. First floor under the building parking shall be considered but must be able to meet government security requirements. Separate parking for the public shall be located in front of the building. Existing space will be considered, as well as build to suits. The term of the lease will be 5 years firm for existing space and 10 years firm for build to suits.
