- The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) is soliciting sources for propane delivery services. This synopsis is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The request for quotation number is M00318-05-T-0045. The anticipated contract will be Firm Fixed-Price. This acquisition is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a quote for consideration. Evaluation and award will be made to the responsible quoter submitting a quote conforming to the request for quotation that will be most advantageous to the Government, price, technical, and past performance considered.
