- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood the FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to purchase on a sole source basis, software support services for CLUSTER SNOOP Formal Build for the 5.8.2 software release from EDO Reconnaissance and Surveillance Systems (EDO-RSS) Inc., 18705 Madrone Parkway, Morgan Hill, CA 95037-2876. EDO-RSS, Inc. is the sole designer, developer and producer of the AN/USQ-149 (V) family, and other similar systems developed by EDO-RSS, which contains CLUSTER SNOOP CORE units. The work is to be complet! ed within two weeks after award. The purchase order shall be a firm fixed price. The synopsis number is: N00178-05-Q-1139. The NAICS Code is: 541511 with a size standard of $21.0 million. FOB Destination shall apply. This procurement will be issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Interested parties must be able to demonstrate in writing their capability to provide this software release in accordance with the above description by April 20, 2005 at 3:00 pm (EST.).
