- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Point Mugu, CA, intends to negotiate and award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with Time and Materials provisions, using full and open competition for the acquisition of Contract Field Services (CFS) including technical advice and/or instruction in the installation, maintenance, repair and operation of equipment including various military aircraft and equipment. The period of performance will be for five years (one-year base period, plus four one-year options), beginning approximately September 2005 and will include approximately 20,160 man-hours per year. Services will include: Contractor Engineering Technical Services (CETS) to support EA-6B weapon systems integration (WSI), KC-130 airframe (AF), E2C Group II Nav-Upgrade (WSI), AH-1W (AF), MH-53H (AF), SH-60F (WSI), F/A-18 (AF), P3C (WSI) and KC-130 (AF). Task orders will be issued by Naval Air Technical Data Engineering Services Command, San Diego! , CA. Services will be performed in and outside the continental United States, including sea duty and duty in areas considered by DOD to be hostile. TDY and relocation expenses will be included as described in the solicitation. Security clearances at the levels of Confidential and Secret will be required for the various tasks.
